These handle's are rock solid. Even if you haven't broken your stock one's yet. (Which you will). You should replace them with these units. When you grab the handle and open the doors you'll think to yourself. Why haven't I done this year's ago. This is the third set I've purchased. Even my tin top rear door has one. Easy to install and a should investment.

This was the first upgrade made to my samurai. Very easy to install both handles, take your time and lubricate the latch and all components with wd40 before rehanging your trim panels, this will allow your doors to open better than new. Thanks again for the best customer service and super detailed instructions from Petroworks.

Yes you do have to use your old springs and mounting assembly but that said,I believe the set is durable enough that I do not think I will ever have to replace them again. And yes I do plan on driving the Sammy until they plant me.

I broke the original plastic door handle on my Sammi, it's not in that great of shape so I decided to save money by buying a plastic replacement. BIG MISTAKE! It broke after 2 days. I bought a set of aluminum handles from Petroworks. Fit great, fairly easy to install, and STURDY. Don't waste your money on the plastic ones, you won't be disappointed with these.

Suzuki should never have used plastic in the first place. Instructions very carefully written and if followed, gets you a good functional improvement. I'm so leery of anything plastic, I was contemplating replacing the bushing with bronze, but that would have greatly complicated assembly. So, in the end, tough to improve on.
Thanks; Jeff
