Petroworks Off-Road Products Inc. warrants the products we sell and the services we provide to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser only.

Petroworks Off-Road Products Inc. obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective part and/or service provided by us. Any and all costs of repair, replacement, removal, re-installation, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

This warranty does not include any compensation of any type for inconvenience or loss of use of the vehicle. Defective parts must be returned to us for warranty.

For labor or service warranty the vehicle must be returned to our facility. This warranty does not include shipping or transportation charges.

Parts manufactured by Petroworks are warranted for 180 days from date of sale. Parts that are resold by Petroworks such as tires, locking differentials etc. are warranted by the manufacturer. Used parts are warranted for 90 days. Rebuilt parts such as engines, transmissions and transfer cases are warranted for 180 days.

This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to damage from abuse, improper installation, misuse, alteration, accident or use of the product for which it was not intended. Petroworks does not warrant products that we have not sold.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

Suspension as well as other modifications made to a vehicle may alter its center of gravity, steering, handling and/or stability. Petroworks assumes no responsibility for the resultant use of any vehicle. None of the products or services that Petroworks provides are represented as safety devices and should not be used as a substitute for safe and reasonable use of any vehicle.


All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All Special Order items that we do not normally stock are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We require 100% up front payment at the time of the order on Special Order Items and ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Electronic components are NOT RETURNABLE unless defective. All Sales final.
