G.R.S. 2 Rebuilt Transfer Case |
The G.R.S. II rebuilt transfer case for the Samurai has a low-range gear ratio of 4.89:1. This makes it 115% lower than stock in low-range and 18% lower than stock in high-range. With stock ring & pinion gears (3.72:1), the G.R.S. II gives you a final drive ratio of 66:1. With 5.62:1 ring & pinion gears, you can have a final drive ratio of 100:1! Petroworks G.R.S. transfer cases are built with a "split H" shift-pattern, allowing for both 2WD and 4WD low-range. Advise us of the year of your vehicle and we will put the proper size flanges on your rebuilt transfer case!
